About CaterMyEvent App
CaterMyEvent is a specialized mobile app and online directory that connects clients to a curated network of private chefs and for catering companies for any event, big or small. CaterMyEvent simplifies the process of finding the right chef for any occasion. Private chefs and catering companies gain exposure, increasing their leads and bookings. ​

The CaterMyEvent app is projected to launch in January 2025. Marketing and research have begun to ensure that the experience for both service providers and their potential clients is high-quality, user-friendly, and affordable for everyone involved.

Question 1:
How does the app work?
The caterer will subscribe to CaterMyEvent to list their profile. The profile will feature the company logo or a professional headshot, a brief bio, contact information, the types of cuisine they specialize in, Type of event's they'd like to be booked for, their price range, and the geographical areas they serve.

Clients use the customer app to search their area for catering services. Clients may search by event type, food type, location, and price range.

Clients may contact private chefs and caterers directly through the CaterMyEvent application on online directory.
Question 2:
What is the cost to be listed?
We understand the inconvenience of a commission-based fee system. Therefore, CaterMyEvent currently requires a flat fee per year for each location to be listed on our app. The first 500 vendors will receive 6 MONTHS FREE on their first year for listing on CaterMyEvent, when choosing the annual plan.

$420/year (50% discount for first 500 vendors)
